• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers, while assisting with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other store tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
• Deliver a positive customer experience and support the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues, escalating to Store Management as needed and communicating resolutions.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions as directed by the supervisor.

• Education:
  
  High School or Equivalent
• Experience:
  
  0-2 years of relevant experience; minimum 6 months
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Ability to meet defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team
• Collaborative team player

Pay Range: $16.50 - $22.75 per hour
