Floor Associate

The Floor Change Associate supports an inspiring, customer-first shopping experience and contributes to store sales goals. This role helps maintain store standards and supports company initiatives while collaborating with customers, management, and team members.

• Drive business and sales goals by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and the consistent delivery of brand expectations.
• Engage customers, build client relationships, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and provide management with feedback on opportunities and needs.

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for extended periods.
• Lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds, and work around chemicals.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
