Position Overview
Park Manager at Kids Empire
: supervise park employee performance, serve as the primary contact between guests and the park, ensure guest satisfaction, resolve complaints, and address any questions or comments from guests or employees. The Park Manager guarantees guests have an excellent and safe experience while interacting with families and children of all ages.
- Attend to guests promptly, greet them, and make them feel comfortable in the park ambiance.
- Ensure park employees perform satisfactorily and achieve production goals.
- Create weekly schedules and audit schedules, attendance, and time clocks.
- Hire qualified employees for park positions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and perform park assessments.
- Train team members on key job duties.
- Open and close the park using keys or a code.
- Communicate guest or employee issues.
- Operate the check‑in process, have guests sign liability waivers and capture contact information via iPad.
- Operate the front cash counter: process cash and card payments, register transactions, and provide change.
- Verify billing transactions accurately at the POS.
- Organize the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips, and ice cream.
- Manage birthday party bookings and setups, ensuring customer satisfaction during events.
- Manage third‑party vendor supplies, orders, and requests.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and communicate via appropriate company channels.
- Check snack inventory and order replenishments.
- Walk the floor to monitor for hazards and enforce park rules.
- Clean restrooms and sanitize all park structures.
- Schedule and coordinate family events and assist events to operate efficiently.
- More applicable tasks as needed.
- Weekly meetings with development.
- Ensure correct quantities arrive.
- Speak with suppliers and third parties.
- Set up time and attendance.
- Audit Amazon accounts nationally across all KE parks.
- Assist operations chats.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Stand, walk, bend, twist constantly.
- Frequent bilateral hand movements.
- Good finger dexterity.
- Work in noisy environments created by children, music, and guests.
- Work in hectic and busy peak‑hour environments.
- Work in a tight structure.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Work weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work with children.
- Operate an iPad.
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
- Leadership skills and strong conflict resolution skills.
- Work independently.
- Read and write in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
