–$80,000.00 per year

We’re looking for an experienced Craft Recruiter to join our client’s growing team in Houston
, focused on construction and industrial recruiting for the Oil & Gas sector. This hybrid role blends in‑office recruiting with regular job site travel in Houston and the Gulf Coast region. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to help build out our client’s Oil & Gas division.

• Recruit and place skilled trades talent — including pipe fitters, welders, and other industrial craftsmen — for contract‑based work
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, mobile tools, and outbound outreach
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and field employees
• Collaborate closely with sales and field leadership to understand client workforce needs and deliver solutions

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Oil & Gas or industrial skilled trades
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both clients and field employees
• Tech‑savvy, organized, and comfortable in a high‑activity recruiting environment
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Gulf Coast region
