** Job Overview:
** Job Summary      The Craft Recruiter for Primoris Energy Services Corp is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled craft workers to support various energy infrastructure projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are adequately staffed with qualified individuals, contributing directly to project success and company growth.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier craft talent, including pipe fitters, welders, electricians, heavy equipment operators, and other skilled trades.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, industry contacts, vocational schools, and career fairs.
Conduct thorough interviews, skills assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for specific project requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer extension and onboarding support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and matching them with appropriate opportunities.
Collaborate closely with project managers and superintendents to understand staffing needs, project timelines, and skill requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Participate in outreach activities and community events to promote Primoris Energy Services as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume craft recruiting, preferably within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of skilled trades, including but not limited to welders, pipe fitters, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
Strong understanding of various craft certifications and industry standards.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel to project sites and career events as needed.
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
