The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all inbound and outbound shipments for the Enerpac Tool Center. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and safe shipment of customer orders, rental equipment, serviced tools, and parts while maintaining inventory accuracy and providing exceptional customer support. The Shipping Coordinator serves as a key link between customers, service technicians, warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and sales teams to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Monday – Friday, participates in the on‑call rotation, evenings and weekends may be required.

• Prepare, schedule, and coordinate domestic and international shipments of tools, equipment, parts, and accessories.
• Generate shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, export paperwork, and carrier labels.
• Select appropriate transportation methods and carriers based on customer requirements, delivery schedules, and cost considerations.
• Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, delivery issues, freight claims, and damage reports.

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure shipments meet customer specifications and delivery commitments.
• Verify quantities, serial numbers, and documentation before shipment.
• Coordinate shipment of rental equipment to customer sites and manage return logistics.
• Partner with service technicians to ensure repaired tools are packaged and dispatched promptly.
