Business Management, Operations Manager
The Sales Director for Total Safety’s Fire group is responsible for leading and executing the commercial strategy to drive profitable revenue growth across assigned regions and key accounts. This role provides strategic leadership to regional sales teams, develops national and regional account strategies, and partners closely with Operations, Estimating, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to expand market share while delivering best-in-class customer service.
The Sales Director is accountable for building a high-performance sales organization, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring alignment between sales commitments and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Leadership & Strategy- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams
- Establish sales KPIs and accountability measures
- Drive CRM utilization and forecast accuracy
- Lead strategic and national account initiatives
- Support major bids and proposals
- Maintain executive-level customer relationships
- Act as escalation point for key issues
- Promote a safety-first culture
- Collaborate with Operations leadership
- Support forecasting and resource planning
- Own sales budgets and forecasts
- Drive pricing discipline and margin performance
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years sales leadership experience
- Industrial services or fire protection background preferred
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Most time is spent in an office environment.
