We offer maintenance and turnaround services including hydro blasting, hydro cutting, hydro excavation & vacuum services, unit clearing & chemical cleaning, tank cleaning, degassing & vapor control, pigging & decoking, preservation, and related services.

Position Summary:

The Centrifuge Operator will set up centrifuge operations, configure wear plates and oil tubes, connect hoses, start the centrifuge, and dial it in for optimal bottom-sludge-and-water (BS&W) quality.

• Operate and set up centrifuge equipment, including spotting equipment, hoses, wear plates, and oil tubes in accordance with procedures and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including wearing appropriate PPE.
• Work safely around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous industrial settings.
• Install, fit, and repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and other equipment.
• Assist in inspecting equipment, hoses, connections, and work area; inform supervisor of deficiencies that could cause accidents or lost productivity.

• Must be able to travel for extended periods of time
• Valid driver’s license or identification
• Experience in centrifuge operations
• Ability to work day or night shifts, 7 days a week
• Ability to work in confined spaces, in extreme temperatures, and at high elevations
• Ability to follow training and standard operating procedures
• Ability to understand and follow procedures and directions
• Ability to lift, move, and handle up to 50 lbs
• Successfully complete drug screen, pre-employment physical, and all required background checks

• Setting up centrifuge experience is a plus
• Experience in centrifuge processing is a plus

This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime. Applicants must be able to work out of town 75% of the time, pass a drug screen and all required background screening/driving record.
