Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate pipe spools to custom lengths and semi-finished goods
  • Obtain required materials from stock for fabrication
  • Maintain inventory records of materials taken
  • Select, measure, and cut materials to minimize waste
  • Operate machinery such as lathe, mill, Conrac, flare presses, forklift
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Equipment:

  • Lift objects up to 75 lbs
  • Stand, kneel, and walk for extended periods
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Operate large warehouse equipment, including forklifts
  • Work off-hours, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Knowledge of rigging, lifting, and moving heavy/awkward items
  • Work in various conditions (heat, cold, clean room)

Preferred

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required);
    Associate's or technical degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of pump repair experience; hydraulics experience a plus
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, machining equipment
  • Clean driving record
  • Military experience, especially Navy mechanics, is a plus
