As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a well‑stocked and well‑maintained department while providing superior customer service. You will stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining department and safety/sanitation standards.

• Stock and rotate items as needed, sometimes assisting with inventory control; loads, unloads, and moves product.
• Organize, clean, and prepare back area for the night crew and incoming trucks.
• Ensure integrity of shelf tags and signage in the department; may create or prepare signage as needed.
• Maintain standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation.
• Check shipments for out‑of‑date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality of products.
• Build, stock, maintain, and take down store displays.
• Perform duties of Customer Service Assistant as needed.
• Provide superior customer service, answer customer questions regarding products, and help customers locate merchandise.
• Merchandise product effectively and use suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales.
• Cleans and sanitizes sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment.
• Properly handle and maintain the operation of all equipment, complying with departmental SOPs and store operating procedures.

Beauty: Knowledge of beauty and cosmetic aids.

Drugstore / General Merchandise: Prepares tags and signs as needed.

Grocery: Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for the night crew and incoming trucks; prepares tags and signs as needed.

Texas Backyard: Passion for outdoors; complete Green Thumb training.

Entertainment: Knowledge in the audio/video field; specialty products, movies, music, electronics, and video games.

• Must be able to reach, lift, and stand for extended periods; able to lift 30–65 lbs and manage heavier loads as required.
• May be exposed to cold, loud noise, wet conditions, and varying temperatures.
• Adhere to safe lifting limits and request assistance when necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reading, writing, planning, and organizing skills.
• Ability to function in a fast‑paced retail environment while performing detailed and precise tasks.
• Work with customers, staying attentive to their needs.
• Completion of company orientation and safety training upon hire.
• Minimum age 18.
