Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role you will develop long‑term relationships with customers, oversee sales activities within your assigned region, manage a portfolio of accounts, generate new business opportunities and maintain excellent customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and a customer‑service orientation. Travel expectations for this role are approximately 50%.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts:
    Achieve long‑term success by nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients:
    Be the point of contact for their individual needs.
  • Generate new business:
    Utilize existing and potential customer networks to drive sales.
  • Resolve conflicts:
    Provide timely solutions to customer issues.
  • Report on account status:
    Track sales metrics and performance.
  • Set and track sales targets:
    Align with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance:
    Evaluate quarterly results and annual forecasts.
Background
  • Proven work experience in a professional, quota‑carrying sales environment.
  • Hands‑on sales experience delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills:
    Effective project delivery and timely responses.
  • Business acumen with a problem‑solving attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
