  Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM / 40 hours a week
• Pay rate $25 hour
• Reports to Inside Sales Manager

The Sales Assistant provides sole support to the sales team by performing a number of administrative tasks.

• Prepares quotes, contracts and REP/RFI responses for potential customers.
• Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
• Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications.
• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.
• Develops technical presentations for potential customers.
• Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends and government regulations.
• Perform additional assignments per supervisors' direction.

• Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions
• Proven proficiency in the use of a personal computer accompanied by a strong aptitude for technical applications
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
• Developed knowledge of the industry within a given market
• Electrical product knowledge strongly preferred

• Material Management System (MMS) experience is strongly preferred

• 6 months of Sales Assistant, Administrative Assistant of Sales Support work experience required
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• College degree(s) preferred
