HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support our growing HVAC Service activities. We operate primarily in the general Houston metro area and occasionally to the surrounding areas of Conroe, Baytown, Freeport, Galveston, and Bay City.

The HVAC systems that you will service include RTU’s, package units, split systems, mini-splits, wall‑mounts, and other common HVAC or refrigeration systems primarily at commercial and some industrial settings. Having chiller experience would be a plus (is not required). You must possess troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills as well as a solid understanding of the refrigeration cycle. It is important that you can work both independently and in a group setting with others.

• Troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Preventative maintenance (PM’s).
• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Installation.
• Repair.
• Create and submit daily work tickets and all required reporting in a detailed and accurate manner.
• Travel from site‑to‑site in a timely manner on an as‑needed basis.
• Be positive and people‑friendly with both coworkers, customers, and the general public.

• Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable HVAC experience. 10+ years is preferred.
• EPA Card.
• EPA License.
• Ability to work full‑time Monday – Friday including some overtime.
• Must be able to pass drug test (breathalyzer, alcohol, urine, and hair‑follicle) including pre‑hire, annual, random, and for‑cause testing.
• Must pass background check and driving record check.
• Must be able to complete and pass all safety training.
• Must be willing and able to dispatch to calls in both commercial and industrial facilities.
• Must be willing to travel to various customer sites in the greater Houston area.
• Must either be a current member of Pipefitter Union Local 211 or willing to join. If you are not a current member of the union, we will help with the process.
• TWIC Card. (If you do not possess a TWIC Card, you must apply for one immediately upon hire.)

• $39- $45 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits 100% paid by company (see below) with no added deduction for spouse or children.
• For this position, we are seeking a Journeyman level HVAC technician.

• Full‑time.
• Monday – Friday.
• Occasional overtime.
