About the Role:
The Field Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our equipment and systems in the field. This position involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing routine maintenance on various technical devices, ensuring they function optimally to meet client needs. The technician will also be responsible for conducting on-site assessments and providing technical support to clients, enhancing their overall experience with our products.
By effectively communicating with both clients and internal teams, the Field Technician will contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. Ultimately, this role is vital in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellence in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a technical or field service role.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field or technical certification.
- Experience with specific equipment or systems relevant to our industry.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fieldwork.
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and systems.

- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
