Rigger, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

We are seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team in a dynamic construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on site. This role is essential for maintaining workflow and supporting various construction projects.

• Set up and operate rigging equipment to lift, move, and position heavy loads.
• Collaborate with team members to determine the best rigging methods for each task.
• Inspect rigging equipment for safety compliance and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Utilize various heavy machinery such as cranes, excavators, dozers, loaders, and backhoes to assist in construction activities.
• Operate commercial vehicles including dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and front loader trucks as required.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on construction sites.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.

• Proven experience in a construction environment is essential.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience operating heavy machinery including but not limited to concrete mixers, cranes, excavators, dozers, loaders, and farm machinery.
• Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment is preferred.
• A valid commercial driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
• MUST BE ABLE TO EITHER DAYS OR NIGHT SHIFT.
• TWIC card is mandatory.
• Hair follicle drug test is required.
• Clean background with no issues in DISA.
