About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Metal Man to join our team. As a Metal Man, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques. You will work with a variety of metals, including steel, aluminum, and copper, and will be expected to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Your work will be critical to ensuring the safety and functionality of our equipment and structures.
Minimum Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a welding program or apprenticeship
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience with CNC plasma cutting
- Experience with metal fabrication tools and equipment
- Experience with welding stainless steel and other alloys
- Experience with welding in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Fabricate and repair metal structures and equipment using various welding techniques
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
As a Metal Man, you will use your expertise in welding and metal fabrication to ensure the safety and functionality of our equipment and structures. You will need to be proficient in a variety of welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, and be able to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. You will also need to have strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
