TBG | The Bachrach Group is offering the following pay range.
Base pay range$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
A well-established commercial general contractor is looking to hire a Senior Project Accountant to support active and upcoming projects. This role is designed for an experienced project accountant who has worked directly for a GC and is comfortable managing the full accounting lifecycle of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities- Project setup, budgets, and contract administration
- Monthly owner billings and AIA documentation
- Change order, purchase order, and job cost tracking
- Job-related AP/AR and month-end close support
- Participation in project review and close-out meetings
- 5+ years of project accounting experience with a General Contractor
- Experience supporting U.S.
-based commercial construction projects - Preference for candidates with restaurant or similar commercial project exposure
- Demonstrated tenure and stability with prior employers
- Strong ability to partner with Project Managers and project leadership
