Dealer Services Network is hiring an Automotive Tag Agency Virtual Title Clerk to join the team in Deerfield Beach, FL. The role offers an hourly pay range of $16.00/hr – $17.00/hr based on skills and experience.
Location & TrainingPrimary work location:
Deerfield Beach, FL.
Initial training (approximately two months):
Tag Agency in Lauderhill, FL.

- Provides virtual direct customer service via phone/email
- Completes motor vehicle forms and title documents
- Maintains office and paperwork organization
- Scans and files documents; maintains inventory control
- Prepares motor vehicle run transactions; reviews and corrects completed transactions
- Researches, verifies, and processes title and registration documents for vehicles, boats, and recreational vehicles
- Processes handicap permits
- Maintains a positive, empathetic, professional attitude toward customers
- Interacts with the general public virtually on a daily basis
- Responds promptly and politely to customer inquiries and resolves issues
Ability to read, comprehend, write simple correspondence, and present information in one‑on‑one and small group settings.
Math AbilityAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve standardized problems.
Education / ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED and equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates & LicensesBackground check clearance.
Physical DemandsRegular stand, use hands, reach; occasional lift up to 10 lbs. Requires close, peripheral, depth vision.
