Full Time Child Care Teacher

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool is hiring a Full Time Child Care Teacher in Deerfield, FL. This role involves teaching toddlers from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., supporting children’s growth, and creating engaging curriculum. The pay range is $15.40/hr to $20.75/hr, based on education and experience.

• Create hands‑on activities that meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• State and company background checks required.
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children.
• Preferred: DCF
  45hrs/exams completed, CDA, or related educational credentials.

This position requires compliance with all applicable immunization, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training. Work will be in person at an early education/preschool child care center providing supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services per Bright Horizons policies.

Hourly rate: $15.40–$20.75. Offers within this range depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other factors.
