We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Paver Superintendent to join our dynamic team.

This is a critical field leadership role where you will leverage your expertise in plan reading, Procore, and site management to directly impact the success of our diverse projects, from initial layout to final punch-list. • Champion Productivity with Procore:
  Meticulously log the daily productivity, manpower, equipment usage, and site conditions for multiple construction crews using Procore's Daily Log tool.
• Multi-Site Field Management:
  Travel daily to various job sites across South Florida (typically within a 2-hour drive of Fort Lauderdale) to supervise and coordinate commercial paver and hardscape installation crews.
• Drive Project Schedules:
  Proactively manage and execute the project schedule, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency to keep work moving forward and meet critical deadlines.
• Interpret and Execute Plans:
  Read, understand, and execute project plans, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.
• Master Construction Sequencing:
  Coordinate job site logistics, scheduling of materials, and the flow of work in alignment with the master project schedule and other trades.
• Communicate with Excellence:
  Serve as the primary field liaison, communicating effectively and professionally with Project Managers, clients, general contractors, and crew members.
• Uphold Safety & Quality:
  Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA standards) on every job site and perform continuous quality control checks to guarantee superior craftsmanship.
• Problem‑Solve Proactively:
  Identify potential issues, challenges, or delays in the field and collaborate with the project team to implement effective solutions swiftly while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.

• Required:
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field management role, specifically within commercial construction, paving, or hardscape.
  • Extensive experience with Procore management software is essential. You must be able to navigate the platform with ease, especially its daily reporting functions.
  • Deep proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial construction blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
  • Strong understanding of project sequencing, site logistics, and paver/hardscape installation methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate multiple crews across various locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel extensively throughout Miami‑Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
• Preferred:
  • Procore Certification (e.g., Superintendent, Project Manager) is a significant plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable for the South Florida market.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • A degree in Construction Management or a related field is an asset but not required.
