About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join the team at the company's Boynton Beach, FL office. This is a critical in-office role , ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about delivering accurate and competitive estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full estimating process for a variety of project types.
* Collaborate with preconstruction, project management, and executive teams to develop detailed cost proposals.
* Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
* Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and competitiveness.
* Support project pursuits and participate in bid presentations.
Requirements
* 5+ years of estimating experience in the commercial construction industry .
* Proven expertise in one or more of the following sectors: multifamily, healthcare, education, hospitality, or government .
* Strong understanding of construction means and methods, pricing, and scheduling.
* Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Sage Estimating, or similar ).
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Must be located within a commutable distance to Boynton Beach, FL , or willing to relocate .
Benefits
* Competitive base salary: $140,000 - $170,000
