Are you a dynamic, experienced and hands-on construction professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity for a Permanent Superintendent specializing in Multifamily/Condo/Residences in the Construction industry. As a Superintendent, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for overseeing all stages of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments, including hospitality and hotel projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry and offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to our growth while developing your skills in a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding environment.

• Oversee and manage all construction activities related to multifamily, condo, and residential projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all subcontractors, suppliers and workforce on the construction site.
• Review and understand all contract documents, plans and specifications to ensure the project is built as per design and client's expectations.
• Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and identify any potential issues or delays.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, maintaining effective communication with project team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Handle any onsite issues or emergencies promptly and professionally, implementing effective solutions.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically with high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hospitality, and hotels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee large construction projects from start to finish.
• Proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle any onsite issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent are a plus.
