As a Front Desk Wellness Advisor, you are the heart of the guest experience and a key driver of our practice growth. From the moment a guest walks through our doors, your warmth, knowledge, and guidance set the tone for their wellness journey. You’ll uncover their “why,” connect them to the right solutions, and help them stay committed to achieving their long-term wellness goals.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Be the warm and welcoming face of Florida Internal Medicine, ensuring every guest feels valued from their first contact to their departure.
- Discover each guest’s why and guide them toward the next best step in their personal wellness journey.
- Check patients in, process payments, and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly.
- Educate guests on our services and confidently recommend wellness programs that align with their goals.
- Contribute to team success with a 30% conversion goal (and a stretch goal of 40%) for packages, rebookings, and wellness programs.
- Invite happy guests to share their experiences through Google reviews, helping grow our community reputation.
- Maintain a polished, guest-ready appearance and environment at all times—representing the aesthetic and professionalism of our brand.
- Support growth initiatives by capturing social media content, assisting with wellness events, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- 1+ years of guest-facing experience in spa, fitness, hospitality, or wellness industries.
- Proven ability in solution-based sales, turning guest needs into bookings, packages, and rebookings.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and driven to grow personally and professionally.
- Willingness to attend quarterly and mandatory team events.
- Competitive pay with commissions for conversions and rebookings.
- Stable weekday schedule:
