• Be the warm and welcoming face of Florida Internal Medicine, ensuring every guest feels valued from their first contact to their departure.
• Discover each guest’s why and guide them toward the next best step in their personal wellness journey.
• Check patients in, process payments, and ensure all front desk operations run smoothly.
• Educate guests on our services and confidently recommend wellness programs that align with their goals.
• Contribute to team success with a 30% conversion goal (and a stretch goal of 40%) for packages, rebookings, and wellness programs.
• Invite happy guests to share their experiences through Google reviews, helping grow our community reputation.
• Maintain a polished, guest-ready appearance and environment at all times—representing the aesthetic and professionalism of our brand.
• Support growth initiatives by capturing social media content, assisting with wellness events, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• 1+ years of guest-facing experience in spa, fitness, hospitality, or wellness industries.
• Proven ability in solution-based sales, turning guest needs into bookings, packages, and rebookings.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and driven to grow personally and professionally.
• Willingness to attend quarterly and mandatory team events.
