Job OverviewCustomer Service Phone Representative – Must be Bilingual (Spanish Speaking). We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative position at Dealer Services Network located in Deerfield Beach, FL. Our Customer Service Department offers a great working environment, and great pay.
Hours:
8:15 am – 5 pm (Lunch 45 mins) – Full time, Monday through Friday.
We will fully train the right candidate.
Responsibilities and duties- Answering inbound tag agency calls
- Emailing and replying to all customer inquiries
- Appointment setting
- Title Pro Issue Deals intake
- Full Deal assessment
- Ticketing all accessed issue deals/notifying dealers
- Dealership email and phone call follow-up
- Scanning in all Title Pro’s completed weekly non‑folder dealerships
- Working on DSN Deerfield shipping and warehouse processes
- Resubmitting & rerouting all completions and corrections, miscellaneous deals, etc.
- Daily / Weekly Tag Agency Reports
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately answering customer questions and entering data into our systems, ensuring that all appointments are set efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent clerical skills, including the ability to set appointments accurately.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with customers and with all our tag agencies.

- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with relevant software applications.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math AbilityAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education / ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and LicensesAbility to pass background check.
