Locum - physician - anesthesiologist deerfield beach, fl

we need 4 anesthesiologist physicians

start date: as soon as credentialed

shift schedule: 7a-3p, 7a-5p + weekday in-house call (5p-7a) and in-house weekend coverage

on call: yes - one weekday per week and one weekend day per month.

certifications: board certified required
board eligible accepted - (only board eligible within 5 years of graduation and if it's between 3-5 years we need a detailed explanation as to why they do not have their boards yet)
life support requirements bls, acls, pals (must be american heart association)

license: florida

job description:
all candidates must be from out of state (no fl providers)
do call, nights or weekends. Cannot be days only.
30-hours of day coverage/wk and take call or wknd or nights most shifts are 10s/12s
rush start: can get temps within 2-3 weeks for clean, fl licensed clinicians.

broward health imperial point - call by solo physician (no app on call) 30 min response time. Weekend call is sat/sun 48hrs.

envision model covers 9 sites of service (6 ors including trauma, 2 endo, 1 cath/neuro/ir, covered on a daily basis by 3-4 physicians and 9 apps.

- 9 sites until 3pm - 4 sites until 5pm - 2 sites until 7pm
call physician comes in on weekdays at 7pm to close the day and remains in-house (7p-7a). Back-up home call physician on weekdays after 12 hr day, off post-call.
