Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM)

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL – Office based with travel to field sites across South and Central Florida.
Reports to: Vice President / Director of Survey.
Job Type: Full‑time, Exempt.
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

• Lead field survey operations and coordinate daily schedules for field crews and office support staff.
• Serve as primary liaison among survey managers, project managers, clients, and field crews to ensure project success.
• Review work orders, proposals, and project requirements; maintain accurate project timelines and deliver survey services on time.
• Perform field and office calculations; troubleshoot and resolve survey issues as they arise.
• Assist with drafting task orders, organizing project files, and certifying surveys as required.

• Current Florida Surveyor and Mapper license.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper.
• Strong knowledge of survey terminology, processes, and documentation.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Trimble Business Center.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel to job sites.
