Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to oversee a diverse sales and engineering project portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and collaboration across departments.

Project Oversight & Delivery

• Manage multiple engineering and sales-related projects of moderate to large size
• Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to established budgets and objectives
• Oversee compliance with project requirements, scope, and schedule

Coordination & Documentation

• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, specifications, and estimates
• Conduct meetings with internal teams to align on milestones and track deliverables
• Evaluate and adapt standard procedures and techniques to address unique project needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Sales, Project Management, Quality, and Procurement teams
• Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings to address technical and management issues

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and mitigate project risks or potential delays
• Analyze lessons learned and propose improvements to enhance project scalability and efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of engineering project management principles and tools
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Visio, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• PMP Certification
• Experience with Marine Communications Systems (e.g., telephone, public address, alarms)
