Exact Billing Solutions is a revenue cycle management professional specializing in behavioral health, mental health, and autism care.

Base pay range: $58,240 – $64,480 per year.

We work with multiple expanding clinic locations, so timely collections are critical to our operations.

• Review and manage assigned AR inventory to ensure timely follow‑up on outstanding claims.
• Investigate and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments by working directly with payors and internal teams.
• Submit corrected claims, appeals, and additional documentation to secure reimbursement.
• Document all collection activities in our systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality standards.
• Support special projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor payor trends and report on key metrics such as cash collections, days outstanding, unbilled claims, denials, and daily census.
• Maintain effective communication with third‑party carriers and leadership.

• Associate’s degree (preferred).
• 3+ years of behavioral‑health out‑of‑network billing experience.
• Proficiency with Collaborate
  
  MD EMR and billing software.
• Experience with ABA therapy and knowledge of CPT/ICD‑10 codes is preferred.
• Track record resolving claims denials and appeals.
