Position: Deerfield Beach #14 Host

We are seeking friendly and hospitable individuals to be the first smiling face guests see at Flanigan’s. As a host, you will greet guests warmly, manage seating, and ensure a pleasant experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a cheerful and courteous attitude, maintaining a neat appearance.

Engage guests using Flanigan’s "Smile Talk" and escort them to their tables promptly.

Manage the Wait List efficiently and communicate guest inquiries or concerns to management.

Keep the foyer, host station, and wait area clean and stocked.

Maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies.

Answer phone calls within 4 rings and assist or direct guests as needed.

Conclude guest visits with a friendly farewell using "Smile Talk".

Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and sidework as assigned.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend, and stoop frequently.

Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Complete Florida Responsible Vendor and food safety certification programs.
