Join Embassy Suites by Hilton Deerfield Beach Resort & Spa as an Executive Sous Chef to lead our culinary team. The 244‑suite property lies between Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale and is just feet from miles of sandy beach along the Atlantic Ocean.

In this position, you will report to the Director of Food and Beverage while supervising a team of five cooks and three dishwashers.

• Contribute to menu creation and modifications
• Manage & train the kitchen brigade to ensure a well‑organized and motivated team
• Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
• Manage ordering/inventory to keep resources aligned with business needs
• Support brand standards through training and assessment of your team
• Control food costs to contribute to Food and Beverage revenue
• Understand the activities of other departments and their implications
