The Healthcare Recruiter builds strong relationships with providers and clients, ensuring successful matches through effective communication and negotiation. • Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day)
• Connect with new and existing providers to present opportunities aligned with their skills and credentials
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and providers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
• Clearly communicate assignment details, expectations, and compensation to ensure a smooth and transparent placement process

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred
• Backgrounds in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality are preferred
