OverviewThis role is part of a centralized HR Advisory Services team which provides comprehensive HR support across all business units with issues related to associate relations, including but not limited to performance improvement, leave of absence management, accommodations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations. This is done by way of a case management system.
Responsibilities- May require consultation on issues related to company policies, procedures and employment law (EEOC, ADA, FLMA, PWFA, etc.).
- Case documentation, in all case types, is imperative to ensure enterprise support model.
- Support the ADA interactive process by handling associate accommodation requests and leave accommodation.
- Ensure that all associate matters are handled with consistency, fairness and in alignment with Core Values.
- Skilled, experienced HR practitioner who can assist with case work in the areas of performance improvement, leave of absence management, accommodations, conflict resolution, and internal investigations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law (EEOC, ADA/FMLA/PWFA) and the ability to identify how these laws apply to cases when not explicitly stated.
- Flexibility in style and reprioritization of work.
- 5+ years of human resources experience with a focus on associate relations.
