Technical Business Analyst/Business System Analyst

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule providing support after hours, weekends, and holidays
• Travel minimally as needed to client sites

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• At least five years of experience as a business analyst with a solid understanding of core Business Analysis concepts, principles, and practices
• Solid experience in a Microsoft environment or Azure AD
• Prior experience in an Agile environment (required)
• Knowledge of SQL and data analytics, data mapping, data integration, or data warehousing (plus)
• Knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and conversion processes, techniques, and tools (plus)
• Understanding of data management principles, data modeling concepts, and techniques
• CBAP, CDMP, or CBIP certification(s) is preferred
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with a blend of logic and creativity
• Ability to adapt communication style to diverse customer needs
• Proficiency in translating technical jargon and complex processes into business‑friendly terms
• Clear interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Quick relationship building across functional teams and a compassionate customer focus
• Self‑starter, highly flexible, adaptable, and organized with strong time‑management and follow‑up skills
• Strong facilitation and meeting management skills
• Willingness to learn and proactively manage change to achieve positive outcomes
