The Systems Technician provides first-line IT support services to internal customers in both the UK and US.

• Providing timely first-line desktop, mobile device, and application support for all internal clients to maximize user uptime and productivity.
• Managing support tickets via Call Tracker and following up on issues according to established procedures.
• Completing PC OS & application builds, ensuring equipment is ready for use within assigned timelines.
• Referring major hardware/software problems and defective products to vendors for service or replacement to maximize service availability.
• Collaborating with employees, users, and management to establish requirements for new or modified systems.
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Admin Center, including provisioning, decommissioning, permission, and license management.
• Working within security controls to help protect sensitive customer and corporate data.

• Associates Degree/HND in a related discipline or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Logical and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Customer service skills.

• Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager.
• Microsoft 365 suite (both Admin and end-user).
• Basic notebook hardware support.
• Antivirus technology and procedures.
• Powershell scripting for automation and deployment.
