Title: Salesforce Business Analyst – Financial Services & Insurance Cloud (FSC)

Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

Duration: 9 months contract to hire

Work Requirements: Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

This position will join our clients legacy systems modernization program to transition existing legacy systems and data into Salesforce Financial Service Cloud. T

• Refine existing business requirements for the new Salesforce FS&I Cloud implementation.
• Work closely with technical teams and external implementation partners to finalize requirements and support solution design.
• Break down requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT); validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
• Help ensure alignment between FSC and existing Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud processes.
• Participate in workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, and system walkthroughs.

• Strong Salesforce BA background with experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Familiarity with FSC (Financial Services Cloud) or FS&I highly preferred.
• Experience working on large-scale system modernization or data migration projects.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to work within a collaborative BA team environment.
