IAM Architect

IAM Architect (Core) – Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management tools and protocols (Azure AD, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA).

• Strategic Advisor – Acts as the lead technical authority, guiding IAM strategy, roadmaps, and standards in partnership with the IAM Manager.
• Application/Enterprise Architecture Alignment – Ensures IAM integrates seamlessly across applications, systems, and business processes.

• Architect and implement scalable IAM solutions aligned with least-privilege and zero-trust principles.
• Serve as the lead technical advisor for IAM design, integrations, and standards.
• Influence IAM strategy and roadmap in partnership with the IAM Manager and Security leadership.
• Drive adoption of authentication/authorization technologies (SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA).
• Partner with application architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM works across enterprise systems.
• Provide mentorship to IAM engineers and manage vendors/partners supporting IAM services.

• 5+ years Identity & Access Management; 8+ years IT Security overall.
• Hands‑on expertise in Azure AD, MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM.
• Experience shaping IAM standards, policies, and integrations at enterprise scale.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with shared program ownership.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CISA, CCSP, PMP, ITILv
