Law Firm seeks an experienced pre‑litigation personal injury legal assistant.
Responsibilities- Open files
- Draft demands
- Negotiate medical bills and liens
- Speak with insurance adjusters and clients
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with a heavy case load
- Proficiency with Time Matters is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Self‑starter who is professional, highly motivated, and a fast learner
- Pre‑litigation experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Willing to grow in the position and work independently and as part of a team
Location:
Fort Lauderdale, FL (salary $70,000 – $95,000). Positions available immediately.
Compensation:
Negotiable depending on experience.
