The firm practices in 8 states including Florida, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

This is a full‑time remote or hybrid role for a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager will oversee adherence to regulatory requirements, review and draft policies, respond to client requests and inquiries, conduct internal audits, and monitor legal and industry standards. Responsibilities will include creating and implementing compliance programs, conducting audits, identifying risks, providing training, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address compliance issues efficiently.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, compliance monitoring, and legal standards in the default industry.
• Experience on the law firm side in compliance for collections and default services.
• Proficiency in risk assessment, policy development, and audit methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop and deliver compliance training.
• Proven leadership and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams and partners.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and provide strategic solutions.
• Experience with housing‑related legal matters and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) compliance is highly desirable.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
