• Perform all assignments
• Maintain housekeeping
• Select product to be loaded
• Load and unload trailers
• Operate palletizer and tow motor
• Operate, maintain, and clean equipment in work area
• Record accurate inventory and complete required paperwork
• Other duties as assigned

• At least 18 years old
• Excellent work habits in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Safe working habits
• License to operate forklift
• Can lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently
• Can pull 180-200 pounds across slick surface
• Can bend, reach, pull, carry, and lift continuously
• Can learn and perform all positions
• Can work in a fast‑paced environment
• Good human relations skills, team player
• Able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Willing to assist other team members in other areas
• Can perform steady and productive work for an extended period of time
• Can work efficiently with little or no supervision
• Can follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Effective communication skills

Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus equals 15 hours of pay; in the second year it equals one week’s pay; in subsequent years it equals two weeks’ pay.
