Inventory Clerk

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our team in Deerfield Beach, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that our stock levels meet the demands of our operations. • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
• Fulfill job order/component pick kits for the assembly and manufacturing depts.
• Occasional assistance in the shipping department to package parts going to vendors and customers.
• Assist in organizing the storage area for optimal space utilization.
• Collaborate with other departments to support inventory needs and resolve issues.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience as an inventory clerk or in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.
