Do you have a passion for food and providing excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our team! As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for expediting orders from the kitchen to the dining room and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our restaurant and will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to our guests.

• Greet customers and answer any questions they may have about the menu items
• Run food orders from the kitchen to the dining area and ensure that they arrive at the correct table in a timely manner
• Make sure that all orders are correct and complete before delivering them to the customers
• Monitor food delivery times and ensure that all orders are served within the specified time frame
• Clear and reset tables after customers leave
• Stock and replenish condiments, napkins, and other dining area supplies
• Assist servers with refilling drinks
• Ensure that all food is served and presented according to company standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages
• Clean and maintain dining area and kitchen equipment

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage items
• Must be able to read and understand English
• Must be able to multitask and be organized
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to follow instructions and communicate with other team members
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
