As a Dishwasher, you will ensure all dishware, utensils, and kitchen areas are sanitized and maintained to meet safety and sanitation policies.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and training
• Wash and sanitize dishware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
• Clean and sanitize throughout your shift
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and debris removal
• Perform prep work, opening/closing duties, and beautification tasks
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines
• Stand and walk for 100% of the shift
• Reach, bend, and stoop as needed
• Immerse hands in water with chemicals frequently
• Speak, read, and write English
• Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and reach high shelves
• Work in damp, high-temperature environments
• Handle hot plates, pots, pans, and sharp utensils safely
• Support team members as needed
• Complete food safety certification complying with regulations

• Five-day work week with two consecutive days off
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 10 years
