Overview

Responsibilities
  • Communicate all kitchen issues with management throughout the day.
  • Read, write, and maintain the manager’s daily log in English.
  • Attend weekly manager meetings, monthly staff meetings, and quarterly supervisor meetings.
  • Review weekly memos and complete weekly/monthly employee evaluations.
  • Report accurately and honestly on all events, positive and negative.
  • Comply with all policies, rules, and directions outlined in manuals, memos, and meetings.
  • Maintain open communication with all field personnel when a shift is completed.
Qualifications
  • Current food management certification.
  • Ownership mentality and adaptive scheduling (open 365 days per year).
  • Willingness to transfer to a different geographic location.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic math and computer skills; ability to count currency and make change.
  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, or crawl; operation of kitchen equipment.
  • Basic health code standards knowledge and adherence to policy for dress and grooming.
  • Stamina to work 50–55 hours per week at a moderate pace for up to 4 hours per session.
