Position SummaryThe Dispensary Associate guides customers on their cannabis journey, educates them on benefits and side effects, and facilitates purchases in compliance with state regulations while delivering exceptional service.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Show empathy and compassion to patients.
- Deliver the Tru Experience through elevated service standards and product knowledge.
- Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy.
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently.
- Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
- Collaborate with the on‑duty leader to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist customers with product or device issues.
- Work with leadership and management to resolve customer issues.
- Document customer issues and concerns on the customer's profile.
- Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
- Employees may be required to perform additional team tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clear driving record to fulfill the delivery driver role.
- Follow all Trulieve Policies and Procedures as a delivery associate.
- Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
- Minimum age 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV).
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Prior cash handling experience required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
- Respectful interaction with customers and team members.
- Functional knowledge of consumer electronics and safety procedures.
- Physical capacity to perform job duties.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery driver role.
- Pass a comprehensive background record check.
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday and use prosthetics if needed to meet job requirements.
- Independent, flexible, and able to work with ill, disabled, elderly, or emotionally upset individuals.
- Constantly move/traverse entire facility, including confined spaces; accurately communicate sensitive information.
- Frequently manipulate objects up to 50 lbs; lift/carry/position objects up to 50 lbs; ascend/descend stool/ladder/steps.
- Occasionally remain seated.
- Flexible hours depending on store needs; available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work up to 25 hours per week, with availability for after‑hours as required.
