The goal is to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers by ensuring products are stocked, organized, and areas are clean and inviting.

• Provides continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist, and thank customers with a friendly smile.
• Actively promotes store initiatives and promotions to increase customer engagement and sales, creating a Winning Shopping experience.
• Stocks and rotates department products (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, and Front End) to ensure freshness and date control; restocks and uses supply items efficiently to eliminate waste.
• Operates department equipment and tools.
• Keeps work areas clean, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, organization, and safety is maintained, and reports faulty equipment and hazards to management.
• Notifies management of team member theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark‑downs, property defacement, or any action that is illegal and/or against company policy.
• Works collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and improve store performance.
• Follows company policies and procedures regarding product handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.

  High School / GED

• Supervisory
  
  Experience:
  
  0‑3 years minimum. No supervisory experience.

  English & Spanish

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills required to participate in online training.
• Authorization to work in the United States or ability to obtain the same.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug testing and background check.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• High standard of integrity and reliability.

• Physical Demands include standing, walking, manual dexterity, repetitive movements, lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional climbing, and exposure to indoor/outdoor weather conditions.
