Territory Manager, Export - Commercial Golf & Irrigation (Hector Turf)

The Territory Manager will manage sales of commercial golf new and pre‑owned equipment, golf irrigation sales, parts, financing and protection plans in the Export sales region (Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, and the rest of the Export region). The role requires establishing and maintaining customer relationships within the territory and with industry influencers.
Responsibilities- Manage sales of $12,000,000 – $15,000,000 in the Export sales region.
- Build and maintain relationships with golf course superintendents, club presidents, board of directors, owners, general managers, club controllers, assistant superintendents, green committee members, equipment managers, spray technicians, and Wesco Turf vendors.
- Develop relationships with industry influencers, including contractors, irrigation designers, vendors, and golf course architects.
- Achieve annual sales budget and manage key account relationships within the golf industry and territory.
- Assist in development of the business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Initiate and coordinate actions to penetrate competitive accounts.
- Complete weekly activity and expense reports and provide accurate, competitive pricing on all prospective applications.
- Maintain maximum profit margin, control expenses, and demonstrate new products to end‑users.
- Prepare and present sales presentations and accurate quotations.
- Maintain favorable relations with Toro and vendor partners and adhere to all company policies and ethical codes.
- Travel extensively within the territory (approximately 50% of the time) and partake in state‑wide conferences and trainings.
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 / year
- Eligible for a company‑wide bonus based on performance goals (0–3 weeks of additional pay, prorated for the first year).
- Additional opportunity to earn up to 30% of annual salary.

- Adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Travel commitment of approximately 50% of the time.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision and in close collaboration with technical representatives.

- Must reside in Florida or relocate within first 90 days.
- Valid passport.
- SCPS certification required within the first year.
- College degree or minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Previous outside sales experience.
- Experience with turf equipment or agronomy is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
