Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, generating new sales opportunities, and guiding clients through the selection and purchase of stone materials.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in working with construction, design, or stone products.
Responsibilities- Drive Sales Initiatives: Proactively conduct sales outreach to potential clients, effectively presenting our products and services to close deals and expand our market presence.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue business development opportunities, generating high-quality leads to support sustained growth and success.
- Assessment: Analyze customer requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Pricing Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms with clients to ensure competitive offerings while maintaining profitability.
- Sales Activity: Utilize Stone Profit Systems software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to a positive and motivating team environment.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
