What Will You Do?The Territory Manager is responsible for managing golf irrigation sales in their specific territory and managing relationships with superintendents, general managers, irrigation technicians, contractors, designers, and general contractors.
Dimensions- Estimated annual golf sales goal: $2 - $5 million
- Territory:
South Palm Beach, Hendry, Broward, Miami‑Dade, and Monroe counties
- Eligible for a company wide bonus dependent on meeting performance goals, equivalent to 0 – 3 weeks of additional pay, prorated for the first year.
- Additional opportunity to earn up to 30% of annual salary.
- Monthly sales spiffs.

- Manage key account relationships within the golf industry and territory.
- Submit weekly activity reports through the Golf >
Activity Report address group. - Assist with development and creation of annual Wesco and Toro plans.
- Assist in development of business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Track short‑ and long‑range sales projects.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
