Bi-Lingual Field Supervisor / Account Manager (Spanish/English)
We are a well-established commercial property services company with a reputation for teamwork, reliability, and customer care. Our culture values collaboration, communication, and mutual support. We are currently seeking a Bi-Lingual Field Account Manager to help oversee daily services at customer properties across Broward County.
What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with customers.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide clear, supportive feedback.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure work is completed to high standards.
- Communicate consistently with customers so they feel informed and valued.
- Manage sales with existing clients and attract new clients to grow services.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Sales experience is very important — especially if you enjoy helping clients find solutions.
- Experience in property management or maintenance supervision (preferred).
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to manage your own schedule.
- Reliable transportation.
- Starting salary: $50K annually plus bonus opportunities.

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
